About Me
I’ve been through many transitions – geographical, linguistic, and internal.
Today, I accompany others on their own path –
with calm, depth, and respect.
I’m a psychologist (B.Sc.) and physiotherapist with over ten years of experience – including five years in my own private practice.
For personal reasons, I moved to Spain, where I continued my studies
in psychology – driven by a deep belief that the body and mind are profoundly connected.
Throughout my life, I’ve gone through many transitions:
moving between cities and countries, navigating cultural diversity, stepping into new roles.
I’ve met people and cultures up close, and with every change, I’ve formed new, inspiring connections.
All of this shapes the way I work:
with an open mind, a deep understanding of change, and a clear, respectful presence – grounded in equality.
I especially support women in sensitive phases of life – to help them reconnect with themselves, regain their inner sensitivity, and find their own path with trust and a deep sense of connection.
My approach
My approach is holistic, mindful, and rooted in relationship.
I bring together psychological insight and many years of experience in physiotherapy.
For me, the body, emotions, and thoughts are deeply interconnected.
I believe that each person carries within them a capacity for healing and self-regulation – especially when they are seen, supported, and gently set in motion.
In our work together, there is space for whatever is present in the moment:
for questions, doubts, new impulses – or simply for silence.
I accompany you with respect, clarity, and warmth –
and walk alongside you, for as long as you need.

Walking with Support
Psychological Accompaniment on the Camino de Santiago
The Camino is more than a path – it opens inner spaces.
Many people experience a special kind of depth while walking – they come into contact with meaningful life questions, or old themes that quietly resurface.
I offer mindful, gentle, and personalized support – with psychological sensitivity and a body-oriented approach:
– in person – in the Pamplona area and along the Camino Francés
– online – via online sessions
– with daily voice messages, impulses, and evening reflections
Sometimes, a few days – or even a single, meaningful day – is enough to set something important in motion within.
If you wish, I can create personalized materials for your journey: a journal, written reflections, or affirmations tailored to your needs and inner state.

Personal growth and emotional support
in group sessions
Some themes only unfold in the presence of others.
When you realize: I’m not alone.
When someone’s quiet presence means more than any advice.
When another person’s story touches something in you – and suddenly, it feels a little lighter.
Starting in autumn 2025, I’ll be offering group sessions – small, gentle spaces for shared reflection and connection.
Online and in person (in Pamplona), for people who want to stay in touch with themselves and with others.
Planned group topics include:
– Letting go and starting anew – navigating inner transitions
– The body as compass – sensing and understanding psychosomatic patterns
– Self-compassion and inner grounding – in times of change
– Cultures within us – identity, migration, and the search for self
